Retired 21 years Army Sgt.1st Class. Survived by wife of 70 years, Lody; children, Diane (Frank) Schlosser, Lodie (Grant) Kitchen and Janet (Jim) Berger; 6 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren;   sister, Doris Mohr and numerous other relatives and friends. Memorials suggested to the Child Saving Institute or Wounded Warrior Project.

MEMORIAL SERVICE Friday, January 15, 2016 at 1:00pm at Roeder Mortuary 108th Street Chapel.   Inurnment Evergreen Memorial Park.

    I used to work for Dr. Thedinger and loved Gerald coming in. Always so cheerful and kind. I and my husband would run into him at the Westroads and he would always brighten our day. I’ll miss seeing him. What a wonderful husband and father. You were all truly loved.
