Antwaun W. Rollerson

Antwaun Rollerson, son to Salema & James Hunter and David & Denice Rollerson was born on May 14th 1991 in Omaha, NE. He attended Central High School where he played basketball on the state championship team and was involved with the youth organizations Young Life and 100 Black Men of Omaha. He then continued his Academic career at the University of Nebraska Omaha majoring in Finance/Investment Science and Portfolio Management. He was in his senior year and only one semester away from graduation.His involvement at the university included being the President of the Alpha Eta chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity incorporated, a Goodrich Scholar, and an All American Basketball player.  Antwaun worked part time at the YMCA of Omaha on the Teen Staff for 2 years. He also held a position on the McMillan Magnet school staff where he worked in After School Programming. Antwaun was passionate about God, family, Youth Development, and chasing his dreams! Some of his future plans included finishing his degree, moving to Dallas, Texas with longtime girlfriend Jaqailah Bell, and starting his own mentoring program. Antwaun is survived by his parents and a host of brothers and sisters including: Jarrell Walker, Ramaar Burtley, Jason Walker, JaVon Walker, Anthony Mann, DeShon Rollerson, NaTasha Rollerson-Gordon, Janessa Stewart, Yanique Rollerson, NaQuecia Rollerson, Denisha Franklin-Rollerson, Quashala Davis, Jalisha Mann, and Kimmieth Gordon.

Funeral Service 10:00 AM Monday (7/20/2015) at Salem Baptist Church 3131 Lake St Omaha, NE, Interment Forest Lawn Cemetery at Omaha, NE

    Mr.Antwaun thank you for everything you’ve ever done for me. Thank you for always being there when I was down of had nobody to talk to. I always felt like I could tell you anything, you were like the dad I never have.I miss you so much and I hope you’re really liking your new paradise. You’ll never be forgotten and ALWAYS missed.
