A year after high school graduation in 1965, he joined the US Air Force. His twenty-year military career began with duties in Saigon, RVN, flew him to tours in Klamath Falls OR, two tours at Great Falls MT, Hawaii, and Germany and ended as NCOIC of Facility Managers for the 66th Strategic Missile Wing at Ellsworth AFB, SD. Larry retired as a Master Sergeant in 1986, moved to Nebraska, got married and worked for H and H Chevrolet in Omaha NE as a service writer. He fully retired later. Tom Riester was a good buddy, too, and fellow Mustang owner.Larry’s nephews and nieces filled his heart with gratitude for being able to share the lives of babies growing up into bright and talented adults making this world better every minute. He was especially proud of becoming a Grand-Uncle.Never been a finer day” was Larry Wolff’s anthem, confident in God’s love humming through the business of living.
