He is preceded in death by his parents Vincent J. and Margaret (Dolan) Quinlan, sister Therese A. Huerter; brothers: William J. Quinlan, V. Paul Quinlan, and Eugene C. Quinlan.

Jack was active with the Tangier Shrine, Shiloh Lodge # 327, Shrine Circus, National Buick Assn, and the Optimist Club. Compassionate towards others, a mentor with a warm smile and hearty laugh, Jack will be dearly missed by many. “Every day is a circus day.”

Survived by loving husband of 37 years Apostle Edgar Baker, children Anthony Collins, Curtis Bell, LaKisha Bell-Walden, and Edgar Baker III; Father Mack P. (Lucille) Tyler, Brothers Mack L. Tyler, Joseph L. Tyler, Kenneth J. (Angela) Tyler, Sisters Lois Lewis and Jean (Lambert) Rusan; Brother-in-Law Charles Fultz and Sister-in-Laws Renee Baker-Harris and Janice Baker, 8 Grandchildren, Special Cousin Willie B. Stokes, and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. Funeral Services will be held Saturday, May 7, 2016 at St. John AME Church, 2402 N 22nd St, Omaha, NE.
