Omaha. Preceded in death by parents, Edward and Donzella. Survived by loving wife Virginia M. of 62 years; daughter Debra Ann (Terry) Webber; grandson Dr. Barry (Cara) Webber; great grandchildren, Hallie, Liam, Ethan, Amalie and Hyrum; sisters-in-law, brother-in-law, nieces, nephews and many friends. Retired from Mutual of Omaha as 2nd VP after 38 years. Lifetime member VFW 181. Member of American Legion Post 1. USN-USNR Korean War Veteran.

VISITATION Thursday 5-7pm with prayer service 7pm at mortuary. FUNERAL SERVICE Friday 10am at St. Leo’s Catholic Church, 1920 N. 102nd St. Entombment Resurrection Mausoleum. Memorials to the family to be decided later.

Preceded in death by parents, Delbert and Elma Fulton; brother, Del Fulton; husband, Robert Alexander; and son-in-law, Walter Horning. Survived by daughters, Marietta Horning and Barbara Levin (Harvey); grandchildren, Deb Johnson (Gary), Lisa Mertensotto (Tom), Jaime Rogers, Laura Nemeck (Lad); 8 great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Muriel was born and educated in Wichita, KS. She attended KS State University and graduated from UNO. She pursued her library career until the mid 60’s when she and Robert retired and travelled the world. Our “KS Sunflower” has joined her beloved husband in heaven.

MEMORIAL SERVICE in the chapel at Dundee Presbyterian Church, 5312 Underwood Avenue on February 16, 2015 at 11am. Memorials suggested to Dundee Presbyterian Church Music Ministry.

Irene Clark

11/14/1944 – 1/29/2015

In loving memory of Irene Clark who passed away on January 29, 2015 surrounded by her family in Omaha, Nebraska. Irene was born November 14, 1944 in Tenaha, Texas, she was the daughter of the late Janie and Johnny Marks. Her family moved to Omaha, NE on Thanksgiving Day of 1962. After high school she began working as a seamstress at MasterKraft Mattress Company until retirement. In 1972 she married Bobby Joe Clark who preceded her in death. Later, she became a member of the Jehovah Witnesses in late 1975.

She is survived by her son Jeffrey D. Clark of Omaha, NE. Three loving grandchildren Jeffree Clarks, Joseph White and Lajanai White all of Omaha. She is survived by three sisters Lillian Taylor of Carthage, TX, Luerene Marks of Omaha, NE, Mary Jane Marks, of Austin, TX and one brother Jimmy Ray Marks of Omaha, and numerous nieces and nephews. Irene was proceeded in death by her parents, four brothers and three sisters.

Relatives and friends will be received at the Wake at Roeder Mortuary Funeral Home, located at 4932  Ames Avenue, Omaha, Ne 68104, on at followed by a reception at Florence City Reception Hall, 2864 State Street, Omaha, NE.

By her wishes, Irene will be cremated.

William “Big Papa” Huntley

10/1/1924 – 1/31/2015

William Andrew Huntley was born to Payton Huntley and Ethel Thomas in Carroll County Mississippi on October 1, 1924. William married the love of his life, Rose Zellar Burkhead on September 11, 1943 and later moved to Omaha, NE in the mid 1960’s.  They were together until September 2, 2009, when the Lord called her home.

William loved our Lord.  He was baptized and joined Summerfield Baptist Church at an early age. He often caught the attention of his neighbors on Evans Street as he would sing praises to God while tending to his garden. His love of preaching was evident even later in life as he walked the halls of Ridgecrest.

Mourning his passing are sons Robert Lee (Natalie) Huntley, and Otis (Ruth) Huntley; grandchildren Lisa Kennedy Huntley, Otis Shepherd Huntley, Erica Huntley Palmer, Angelique Huntley, Rachel Huntley, RaShawn Simmons, Danae Simmons; sisters Ella Mae Huntley Moore Adams, Melzina Reddex, Ruby Clark, Esther Sutton, Beth Young, Pearle Richardson, Darlene Bailey; brothers Charlie Huntley and Paul Huntley; 11 great-grand children and a host of other relatives and dear friends.

William is preceded in death by loving wife Rose; sons Wardell, Willie, Andrew, and daughter Melzina.
