Bobby was a pillar for his family, his church, community, amongst all of his friends, and all who knew him. He was joyful, fun-loving, loyal, and faithful. He was known as a man of great wisdom and integrity. He was a true Man of God with a gentle heart and warrior spirit, who loved God and loved all people. He always had a kind word and a friendly smile for everyone he came in contact with. A great man who leaves an eternal legacy of faithfulness and love with all who knew him and whom his life touched.
Bobby served as a deacon and later elder of his church, Inspirational Interdenominational Church, now Inspirational House of Prayer, Omaha Nebraska, for over 30 years.
Bobby left us on June 24, 2018 at the age of 84 years to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

Mom-Go & Family, June 27, 2018
My sincerest condolences to your family. When I got word that he passed, so many thoughts flooded my mind. My first thought was about you Mom, and what you must be experiencing. My earnest prayer is that you’ll let your FIRST LOVE guide you through the loss of your second. That you’d be comforted by the Bishop of your Soul…that great big Divine Man who is touched with the feeling of ALL OUR INFIRMITIES… And, that you’d be strengthened by His oversight and care concerning EVERYTHING about you…who you are, who you will be, and everything you’ll experience in the moments, days, weeks and months ahead. I love you dearly.
My next thoughts were for the family…the bond you have…how deeply you love each other. You’ve experienced loss before. It empowered you to “see” each other and not take each other for granted. With such a strong bond…soooo many rich moments, blessings, and hopes shared, no doubt it’s hard to imagine a world without him. Perhaps, it helps to envision the reality he now lives in…to see what he now sees…to know what he now knows…
“As it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him.” (1 Corinthians 2:9)
“And the twelve gates were twelve pearls, each of the gates made of a single pearl, and the street of the city was pure gold, transparent as glass. And I saw no temple in the city, for its temple is the Lord God the Almighty and the Lamb. And the city has no need of sun or moon to shine on it, for the glory of God gives it light, and its lamp is the Lamb. By its light will the nations walk, and the kings of the earth will bring their glory into it, and its gates will never be shut by day—and there will be no night there.” (Revelations 21:21-25)
“Then the angel showed me the river of the water of life, bright as crystal, flowing from the throne of God and of the Lamb through the middle of the street of the city; also, on either side of the river, the tree of life with its twelve kinds of fruit, yielding its fruit each month. The leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations. No longer will there be anything accursed, but the throne of God and of the Lamb will be in it, and his servants will worship him. They will see his face, and his name will be on their foreheads. And night will be no more. They will need no light of lamp or sun, for the Lord God will be their light, and they will reign forever and ever.” (Revelations 22:1-5)
Dad Go was a loving husband and father…a man of God…faithful…a man of integrity…and a father-figure to so many. He has entered his rest and reward…that great home-going!
I pray that you all would find comfort in God’s words and omniscience…the choice He made for you. He loves you all deeply and understands well what you are experiencing. Trust Him. And, when you feel ache…trust Him. And, when tears flow…trust Him. Fall into each other’s arms and lay it all down before the Lord. You certainly know how to!
God bless and keep the Gosier family…always!
Desiré
I’m so very sorry for your loss. It’s comforting to know that we have a Heavenly Father who knows our inner-most struggles to come to terms with our loss. I recently lost a brother, a sister-in-law and most recently a best friend so I can sympathize with your pain. I found a comforting scripture at 2 Corithians 1:3-4 which speaks of Jehovah as the God of all comfort who comforts us in all of our trials. I hope this brings you the same comfort as it has me.
