Jeff Chapman was born to Robert & Mattie Chapman in Livingston, AL. He married JoPearl Lockett on November 8, 1959 in St. Louis, MO. In 1960 they moved to Omaha, NE where they started a family. They had three children; Michelle Chapman, Jeff (Mikki) Chapman, and Terrell (Roni) Chapman, six grandchildren and one great granddaughter. Jeff had retired after 30+ years of service at Kellogg’s.
