84, of Westfield, Indiana, passed away on January 2, 2017 at Wellbrooke of Westfield Senior Living Facility.

She was born to Harry and Evelyn (Oswald) Petersen on August 19, 1932, in Omaha, Nebraska. She was a 1950 graduate of North High School. She married William Blaufuss January 9, 1952.

Beverly (known as Pete or Jeannie to many friends and family) lived most of her life in Omaha, Nebraska where she raised her family and many dogs and cats. She has spent the last 9 years in Indiana near her daughter and family.

Beverly is survived by two children; Jeffrey Blaufuss (Crystal), and Vicki Blaufuss Drake (Jeff), grandchildren, Shane Blaufuss, Sarah Blaufuss, Brandon Drake (Christie), Lindsey Drake and Tanner Drake, three great- grandchildren; Adrianna, Jaxon, Giuliana and a brother, Gary W. Petersen. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband; brothers, Richard B. Petersen, and Robert B. Cornett; and sister, Donna (Cornett) Waters.

Visitation 12:00PM Friday and Funeral Service 1:00PM Friday (1/6/17) at Roeder Mortuary and Interment Forest Lawn Cemetery.

Wilbert J. (Neely) Fisher

3/3/1958 – 12/21/2016

Wilbert James Neely-Fisher was born on March 3rd, 1958, to Betty Jean Oliver-

Fisher and Wilbert “Chick” Fisher. He was the third child to this union.

He accepted Christ at an early age.

Wilbert attended Omaha Public Schools.  He graduated from Technical High School in 1976.

In 1977, Wilbert met and married (the late) Alberta Mae Wilson.

To this union LaKeshia Wilson, his only child was born.

Wilbert then decided to join the Army, to provide for his family.

He was stationed over in Germany.   He was later discharged.

Family and friends meant everything to Wilbert.  He loved going bowling, fishing and motorcycle riding with his brothers and friends.  He was a member of the Ebony Wheel Motorcycle Club.  People knew him as Smokey.  He loved his pet dogs.

He was also a proud grandfather to DuMauaier Dupree Franklin. His only grandchild.

Later in life, Wilbert met his soulmate Florence Moten. The two had a bond like no other. Florence stood by Wilbert’s side until his death.

Wilbert liked to keep things simple.  He was the joy of this family. He will truly be missed.

He is presided in death by wife Alberta Mae Wilson-Neely & mother Betty Jean Oliver-Fisher.

He leaves to cherish his memories, daughter LaKeshia Wilson (Michael Franklin), father Wilbert “Chick” Fisher, grandson  DuMauaier Dupree Franklin  Five brothers Larry (Denise) Fisher of Henderson, NV , Terry(Kelly) Fisher of Wichita, KS, Kenneth Fisher (Gayle Eaglefeather Fisher), Bryant (Olesia) Fisher and Brandon Fisher all of Omaha NE.  Four sisters Glenda Fisher-Miller (Fred  Miller) of Winter Springs, FL., Doreatha Rutherford of Denver, CO., Cardella (Curtis Gills) and Kathy Fisher all of Omaha, NE., Dear friend Florence Moten,  A host of relatives and friends.
