This individual was a core element in my life, a father to me second only to my biological parent. I loved him very much and even if I am not a “constant” presence among those that I adore, it does not diminish the respect and devotion that I hold for them. He will be greatly missed from my life regardless of the geographical distance that was between us. I await the day I will again sit at his side at the great table in the halls of the next life. While I am devastated by his exit from this life, I am excited for his transcendence to the next. May he find peace and tranquility on his journey. With all my love and appreciation. I’ll remember you Uncle Ernie.
