Howard Devers, born March 10th 1948, in Winchester, Arkansas to Joseph and Rose Lee Devers. He was the eleventh of twelve children. They moved to Omaha, Nebraska in 1953.
Preceded in death by father and mother, Joseph and Rose Devers. Sisters Mary Lee, Essie Finley, Florida Devers, Sarah Coleman, Selistine Scott. Brothers Hezekiah Devers, Jeremiah Devers. Sons Howard Phillips, Derrick Cleghorn.
Howard leaves to cherish his memories, His loving wife, Marsha Devers, three sisters, Emma Devers, Mae Montgomery, Bernice Devers, brother Moses Devers (Jewel Samuel). Children, son, Dominic Devers, daughters, Tonya Lee, Jackie Looney, Donna Jackson, Glennett Grant, and honorary daughters, Brandy Lassiter and Alexis Bonner. Host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends.
