Janice – Sorry to learn of Jim’s passing, our thoughts and prayers are with you. Many fun memories of working with Jim at Mahoney State Park as he helped us build that wonderful facility. I enjoyed bantering with him over the details of building the cabins, but we always found a way to laugh about it. I always enjoyed visiting with both of you and glad I had the chance to visit with him recently during a visit to the park. Stay strong and hold on to the many fond memories that you have of him.

Thank you JIm for driving back from North Platte to be with our family last evening. That was so very thoughtful and kind of you. You were a very special friend to Jim and the Nebraska Game and Parks employees have been part of our family for many years. Janice

Hi Janice, read in the paper about Jim. So sorry and hope you are doing okay. You had a long marriage which was wonderful. I lost Dan 14 years ago and then my oldest daughter Sherri a year ago. It’s so hard to lose the ones you love. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

Thank you Kay for thinking of us. Jim thought a lot of the McGill Boys and all the other high school guys that he was with in sports. How he could remember a certain game or score or incidence was beyond me ! I am sorry that he did not get to play golf with some of them after his retirement. He would have beat their ……..!, maybe, ha !! Janice
