Family of Jeanette and Dean Ekberg
I was so saddened to hear of Jeanette’s passing. She was loved and respected by the staff of Prairie Meadows. She showed us how to be a wife and companion to Dean as he was battling his disease. I am a better person to have known her.

We are so saddened to hear of Jeanette’s unexpected passing and just want Karen, John, Mike, Nick, Mark & Chloe to know that you are in our thoughts and prayers as you go through this difficult time. We have such pleasant memories of Jeanette….always smiling, happy, and concerned about others. Our deepest sympathies, Todd & Bobbie
Jeanette was a VERY special friend and a wonderful nurse, educator and mentor. She will truly be missed in so many ways by so many people whose lives she crossed. Jeanette was always there for me and others.
With much love and many wonderful memories of so many times together,

Jeanette was my husband, Ed’s, first cousin. She was a blessing to our entire family. We enjoyed a trip to California together, planning family reunions, and many family meals. She did so well to keep up with the extended Cloyd family – we all relied on her for information. She helped us get through Ed’s many doctor appointments concerning his cancer and surgery, and advised us on Rob’s cancer. She was so fun to be around, and we will miss her so much! My sincere sympathy to the family, especially Mark, Karen, and all the grandchildren. We love you all!
