Lewis T. Sutton, 84 of Omaha, passed away on January 16, 2018. Lewis was born in Omaha, NE to parents Claude and Verna Sutton.
Survived by beloved wife of 64 years Virginia “Ginger”; children Glen (Lynne) Sutton, Diana DeBolt, and Linda (Bob) Gilmore; 9 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren.
He served as Corporal in the Korean War until 1955.
He was employed as a smut miller at Nebraska Consolidated Mills, which became ConAgra, and retired after 40+ years. He enjoyed spending time with family and friends, loved gardening, and tinkering in the garage.
He had a great sense of humor and loved joking around. One always knew if you made a bet with Lou, you had already lost the bet. “Heads, I win. Tails, you lose.”
You will forever live in our hearts. We will miss your laughter, your beautiful smile, your orneriness, and most of all your hugs and kisses.

Visitation Sunday 3:00 – 5:00 PM; Funeral Service 11:00 AM Monday (1/22/2018) all at Roeder Mortuary 2727 N. 108th Street Omaha, Nebraska, Interment Mount Hope Cemetery Omaha, Nebraska

I am so sorry for your loss. Louie was a very funny man, every time I came over he made me laugh so hard my sides would hurt. Always left in tears because I laughed so hard.
