Lucille Cochran Age 73 died unexpectedly on April 10, 2019 in Omaha, Nebraska. Lucille graduated from Central High School of Omaha, Nebraska. After graduation, Lucille proudly joined the Army National Guard and server her country, Honorably. She became a Licensed Practical Nurse; received “Nurse of the Year” and spent 33 years caring for patients at Immanuel Medical Center. After retiring, Lucille dedicated her remaining time to educate and care for her sister Debra and her adopted children; as well as spending quality time with her son, Charles and her sister, Helen. She inspired many. She is survived by her sons Charles Cochran and Aron Cochran; her daughters Alexis Dorsey and Angle Dorsey of Nebraska; her brothers, John Cochran, Charlie Cochran, Melvin Cochran and Gregory Cochran; her sisters, Helen Goings, Alice Jackson, Debra Cochran and Lawanda Cochran. She is preceded in death by her father Mr. James Cochran; her mother Mrs. Elizbeth Cochran, and her brother Pearlie Cochran. The viewing of our lovely Lucille will take place from 5:00 -7:00 p.m., Thursday, April 18th at Roeder Mortuary, 4932 Ames Ave.  Funeral Service 11:00 a.m., Friday, April 19th also at the mortuary.
