5/29/1973 – 3/2/2018
We remember Michelle for how she embraced life. She was never one to be a silent observer, but lived with determination and passion. Her home and her heart were always open to family and friends, and she poured her energy into the things she cared about, as a Christian, as a Husker fan, as an avid volunteer and a champion of all underdogs. But nowhere in her life was Michelle’s heart more devoted than in her fierce love of her family. They were her world, her joy and her treasure. She organized, planned, directed and guided. She encouraged, listened and loved with every ounce of herself, and never held back her cheers, hugs or laughter. Michelle’s energy and laughter will continue on in our memories, just as she would want them to. As we say goodbye, her children believe her advice to us would be, “Remember the good times, and never, ever give up.”

I knew Michelle through work at CSG Systems. Although I worked in the office in Denver, CO, I would travel to Omaha periodically to work with the rest of the documentation and training team members. What I remember most about Michelle is her smile and her infectious spirit of joy. May the Lord comfort and keep you as you grieve the loss of this lovely woman.
