Nason Glenndale Thomas was born on September 6, 2007 to Glennette Threats and Amaya Thomas in Omaha, Nebraska.

Nason was an intelligent child, attending Wakonda and Pinewood Elementary schools, and Belvedere Academy. He was still a student at Belvedere Academy at the time of passing. He was in the top 5 percent of his class. Nason was also in the gifted and talented program at the Academy. He had the highest math scores among all of the third and even fourth graders at his school.

Nason enjoyed being challenged. You could often find him putting together Lego’s and asking many questions to his family to gain clarity about the world. Nason loved Thomas the Train and this inspired him to want to become a train conductor when he grew up. He also loved video games, Mario and Luigi, Ninja Turtles, and doing art.

He loved his family, especially his mom, brother, and sister. His had such a contagious smile that brightened up a person’s day. His personality was huge; he loved to laugh and have fun! He has left a special place in everyone’s heart.

Nason lost his battle to asthma on Thursday, June 22 at Children’s Hospital. God needed our little angel at this time. Even though the loss is bittersweet, he is no longer suffering and is in heaven with his granny.
