Sold businesses and entities in the 1980’s.

In charge of their entire agency operations including public relations, including military bases in Texas and Kentucky; acquisition of all personnel and administration, including the acquiring of Texas and Nebraska insurance license, also auctioneer license for the State of Nebraska for the selling of real estate.

MANAGER OF STORAGE FACILITIES: Company: A-AAA KEY MINI STORAGE CO., INC. Nation’s oldest and largest independently owned storage company: City, locations: San Antonio, Texas; Chicago, Illinois; Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Des Moines, Iowa and Memphis, Tennessee. Accomplishments: 97%-99% occupancy during entire employment period of sixteen years. Was known to be one of the top mini storage managers (wife co-manager) in the United States. My wife, Marjorie, worked beside me in all the oil and gas and storage enterprises, including the fifty seven employees in the oil and gas companies.
