In Loving Memory of Cathy.
Cathy Lynn was born January 31st, 1955 to Mr. Willie Joe and Mrs. Dorothy M. Gamble in Hope, AK. Cathy was called home by our Lord and Savior on Tuesday afternoon, the 7th of June. She is preceded in death by father Willie Joe Gamble, and brothers Rodney and Vernon Gamble. Cathy is survived by mother Dorothy M. Gamble (Robert Reed); children, Gregory, Javonna (Lamar Sr.), and Ebony (Vincent); grandchildren, Javarr, Rae’Van, Markia, Nathaniel, Lamar Jr., Ka’lyse and Kaylynn; siblings, Donald Wayne, Patricia, Cynthia, Kevin, Stephen, and Norman Gamble.
Cathy graduated from Tech High School in 1974. She was a hard-working dedicated women whom truly cherished her children and family. Cathy worked at Campbell’s Soup, Nebraska University Medical Center, and Alegent Health Bergan Mercy Medical Center for many years each.
Cathy had a smile that could brighten the gloomiest of days and a laugh that filled any room. She was by far one of the strongest women, known for her upbeat attitude and vociferous ways. She surpassed several obstacles that many of us have no idea about, but she always persevered, becoming even stronger, wiser, and an inspiration to those around her. Her loving spirit will always be with us as she continues to live in our hearts.

Omaha (born in Hibbing, Minnesota). Norm is survived by son, Craig (Peggy); grandchildren, Jamie (John) Lnenicka, Melissa (Adam) Wasilik and Eric (Sophie) Stevens; 4 great grandchildren; nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his wife, Louise; parents and one brother. Norm was a Captain in the Air Force and was an aviator. He flew in W.W.II, the Berlin Airlift, and the Korean War. He had a long standing and amazing career in aviation that included being a test pilot and trainer for several models built by Douglas Aircraft. He then went into military marketing with McDonnell/Douglas and eventually retired. He was a kind, generous, loving man and will be deeply missed by his family and all who were fortunate enough to have known him. A private family graveside service will be held.

Of Omaha, Lifetime member of the Military Order of the Purple Heart, member Local Plumbers Union 16, Preceded in death by wife Bonnie, son Edward. Survived by son Raymond, grandchildren Lisa (Dan), Shea, Melanie (Daniel), Michelle (David), David (Rachel), 17 great grandchildren, family & friends.
