He is preceded in death by his parents Vincent J. and Margaret (Dolan) Quinlan, sister Therese A. Huerter; brothers: William J. Quinlan, V. Paul Quinlan, and Eugene C. Quinlan.

of Blair Vickie died Friday, May 27, 2016 in Omaha. She was born July 13, 1956, was a native of Baton Rouge, Louisiana.She was preceded in death by her father, Andrew J. Cleek and her mother, Alice J. Cleek.
