Raymond L. Moore Jr. ” Red “

5/1/1967 – 7/4/2015

Omaha – passed away in Tyler Tx., while doing what he loved – riding his motorcycle.   He was born in Omaha, NE.   He was preceded in death by his parents, Raymond Lee Moore Sr. and Jeannette Louise (Bowden) Moore.  Children, Kyle, Alaina, Brandon, and Aliah grandson, Terrance; sister, Tina Moore (Boris) Forte’; brother, Corey Moore; Aunts, Victoria Bowden-Jones, Evelyn (Darwin) Montgomery, Katherine Trigg; Cousin Vickie Douglas (Gale) Adams, Special Friend Phyllis Jackson; nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of other family and friends. Raymond worked for the City of Omaha for 29 years and was an active member of the Ebony Wheels Motorcycle Club.

VISITATION: Monday, July 20, 2015, 5-7PM, Roeder Mortuary, 2727 N. 108th St., FUNERAL SERVICE: Tuesday, July 21, 2015, 11AM, St. John, AME Church 2402 N. 22nd Street.  Burial will follow at Forest Lawn Cemetery.

Ronald “Tim” Bacon

 3/22/1955 – 7/20/2015

Crescent –Tim was in the United States Army and stationed in Hawaii and Colorado. He received a degree from Metropolitan Tech in Welding. He worked for many years in Omaha as a welder and iron worker. Tim enjoyed building and riding motorcycles and was also a classic car hobbyist. He had a way of making others laugh and was always the life of the party. He will be greatly missed. Preceded in death by grandparents, George and Helen Boyce. Survived by children, Sarah and Justin; grandchildren, Marion and Landon; dog, Tyler; mother, Patricia Ann; sisters, Linda Bacon-Diggs (Ben) and Karen Lynn Poorker (Randy); nephew, Keith; ex-wife, Cheryl; friend, Tom Wingate and a host of other relatives and friends. Memorials are suggested to the Wounded Warrior Project and Omaha Home for Boys.

A private family gathering was held and details for a memorial service will be announced at a later date.
