Of Omaha, survived by children Carol (Lou) Osterman,  John Palmer, Robert Palmer,  numerous  grandchildren & great grandchildren, step-children  Ron (Nancy) Senske, Beverly (Doug) Kopp, family & friends.  Preceded in death by wife Romana (Senske), son Brian Palmer.  LTC, US Army (Ret).

Visitation Thursday 5-7:00 PM with Vigil Service 7:00 PM at Roeder Mortuary,  Funeral Mass 10:30 AM   Friday ( 5/22/2015 ) at St. Elizabeth Ann Catholic Church, 114th & Fort Street Omaha, Nebraska.  Burial 11:30 AM Wednesday ( 5/27/2015 ) at Ft. McPherson National Cemetery in Maxwell, NE. Memorials to St. Elizabeth Ann Catholic Church or American Legion Post 1.

Preceded in death by wife, Barbara Kaye; parents, Leo and Margaret; son, Jimmy Jr.; brothers, Bob and Buzz and granddaughter, Lindsey. Survived by children, Michelle (Rocky) Canada, Kelly Steskal, Pam (Butch Jr.) Levell and Stezie Steskal; grandchildren, David Driggers, Jennifer Starkevicius, Christine Albergucci, Laura Steskal and Butchie Levell III; 10 great grandchildren; sisters, Marjorie Sweeney and Jeanette Shearer and many nieces and nephews.

VISITATION Thursday, May 21, 2015 from 4-7pm with a rosary and sharing of memories starting at 7pm at Roeder 50th and Ames Chapel. FUNERAL SERVICE Friday, May 22, 2015 starting at 9am at Roeder 50th and Ames Chapel followed by a procession to Our Lady of Carter Lake Catholic Church 3501 N. 9th Street for a FUNERAL MASS starting at 10:30am. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
