Survived by parents Rita and Delano Greunke; daughters Corriane Wilson and Danelle Rothe; sons Derek Rothe and Mikel Rothe II; brother David (Kerry) Greunke; 7 grandchildren; 2 nieces. Visitation 2-5PM Sunday, Funeral Service 1PM Monday (3/25/2019) both at Roeder Mortuary, 2727 N. 108th St. Omaha, NE. Interment Forest Lawn Cemetery.
I knew Mike from when I was a Facilities Manager. He would stop by every spring to bid jobs for me. I always looked forward to his visits, as he was great to work with. I am sad for his family’s loss.
I’m so very sorry for your loss. It’s comforting to know that we have a Heavenly Father who knows our inner-most struggles to come to terms with our loss. I recently lost a brother, a sister-in-law and most recently a best friend so I can sympathize with your pain. I found a comforting scripture at 2 Corinthians 1:3-4 which speaks of Jehovah as the God of all comfort who comforts us in all of our trials. I hope this brings you the same comfort as it has me.
