The Muriel Whitehill family was saddened by the loss of Dale Heston. A dear friend, a wonderful neighbor, and family man extraordinaire. His soul-mate Joanne, was a key part of the Heston Team. Joanne would invite my sister Susie, my Aunt Gwen, and myself, Karen, to watch special events, and our favorite; “Gidget” on their color television…yahoo! Dale never batted an eye when we darkened their front doorstep. What a swell guy! He could have thrown us out a hundred times over, but never blinked. Dale was so considerate. He let me visit to have Joanne help me learn the art of sewing, as she could have been doing many other things, but stopped to help me. Again, a wonderful example of the kind of family Dale and Joanne created. Kind, caring, and special in every way! We, the Whitehill family, would like to offer a blessing in honor of our friend and former neighbor; Eternal Lord God, you hold all souls in life; Give to your whole church in paradise and on Earth your light and your peace, and grant that we, following the good examples of those who have served you here and are now at rest. Dale, now enter with them into your remarkable unending joy. Through Jesus Christ, our Lord, in the unity of the Holy Spirit, one God, now and forever. Amen. Muriel, Steve, Karen, Dan, Pamela, and Susie Whitehill
