Gretna – Preceded in death by parents Joseph and Dorothy Zeleny; brother Bob Zeleny; grandsons Anthony and Solomon Zeleny.  Survived by beloved wife of 54 years Carol Zeleny; children Bill (Kris) Zeleny, Judy (Todd) Twiford, Tom Zeleny, Sharon (Kevin) Kudlacek, Dave (Kim) Zeleny, Steve (Chryssi) Zeleny, Gary (Tiffani) Zeleny, Don (Sarah) Zeleny and Joe (Shelby) Zeleny; sisters Linda Vondra and Paula Eden;  36 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren. Visitation Friday 4-7 PM with Rosary Service at 7 PM, Funeral Mass 10 AM Saturday (2/23/2019) both at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church, 508 Angus St. Gretna, Nebraska. Memorials to Knights of Columbus #3019 Wild Game Feed for Handicapped Children.

    Our thoughts and prayers are with the whole Zeleny family. Especially remember Paula and Linda growing up in South Omaha. Also my neighbors Janelle and Todd. The whole Zeleny family have big hearts and are caring people. Bill will be greatly missed. God Bless you all.
